Rania El Ampasy is the Head of Programmes at Lambrakis Foundation. She holds a long experience in project management in the non-profit sector, more specifically in international NGOs, foundations and the diplomatic sector.
She started her career at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs where she coordinated a Euromed project, and later on she joined Amnesty International, where she was in charge of its individual giving fundraising programme, and afterwards, of its Human Rights Education programme.
Following the same philosophy of non formal education, she continued her professional path at Bodossaki Foundation, where she was responsible for launching and developing its NGO hub “Social Dynamo”, with the aim of building capacity for NGOs through the axes of training, mentoring, consulting and coaching.
