Quantum Business & IT Solutions was established in 2013 by George Kosnetzof and Anastasia Chalkidou as a follow-up to their ten-year career in the fields of IT and accounting respectively in Greece and abroad. Our main goal is to support small and medium-sized businesses and to become a valuable ally of our clients both during the implementation of their projects and in their subsequent operation. Pro bono counseling in initiatives such as Social Dynamo is an integral part of Quantum’s philosophy and a natural consequence of our commitment to competitiveness, innovation and extroversion.
Anastasia Chalkidou
Anastasia is a graduate of the Accounting and Finance Department of the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Chartered Certified Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has worked at PwC Greece as a senior auditor as well as an International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) expert at the Group Financial Services of EFG Eurobank. She was the first Greek to work as a Project Manager at the Accountancy Europe in Brussels until 2014, when she co-founded, with George Kostenzof, Quantum Business & IT Solutions, a company providing accounting, tax and IT services. Since December 2014, she has been a lecturer in numerous IFRS seminars both in Greece and abroad, and she was a lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the City Unity College in Greece until 2017. She is an elected member of the ACCA Advisory Committee in Greece and she has served as a Secretary of the Board of BPW Athens for two years (2015-2017). She is married and has one daughter.
