Katerina is an accredited Leadership and Career Coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner) with over twenty years of experience in Human Resources management, holding leadership roles within multinational and multicultural environments. Since 2021, she has focused exclusively on coaching in her role as Director of Leadership Coaching at Dialectica, where she supports executives in developing leadership skills through the award-winning Coaching For Success program, which she founded. Additionally, through her company, “Mellon Coaching by Katerina,” she helps professionals worldwide successfully navigate challenges such as workplace trauma and career transitions to build a meaningful and fulfilling professional and personal life. At the same time, she serves as a trainer and volunteer mentor with the organizations Include, Women on Top, and WeLead, contributing to women’s empowerment and workplace inclusion.
