Project Coach & Career Facilitator at Compass Services
Irene Andrioti, as Project Coach, focuses on the Human Capital development by delivering training and consulting services. She is a PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Certified Career Advisor from the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and Coach from the Association for Coaching (AC). She studied Finance and Human Resource Management in Athens University and Small/Medium Size Enterprises (SME) Management in American College of Athens. In 2007 she founded Compass Services, after an extensive working experience in various industrial fields.
The provided Education services cover the areas of Project Management & Business Analysis and Soft Skills, such as: Communication, Relationship & Conflict Management, Motivation, Performance Assessment, Change Management, Negotiations. Counseling services are targeted at Teenage Career Guidance and Adult Career Management and are provided either individually or in groups. At the same time, combining both academic fields and accumulated experience, she undertakes as a Project Coach the entire range of tasks required for the successful completion of Projects: submitting a proposal for funding, project staffing, monitoring, progress reports, lessons learned and capacity building.
Recently, she completed collaboration with NGO ARSIS, where he led the design and implementation of the Youth Support Center “NEON CHORA”. Currently she supports Project management and Funds raising for the Family Support Center “KE.S.O.” and since September 2016, she cooperates with the “EPANODO” NGO – supervised by the Ministry of Justice, where she supports socially vulnerable and/or excluded groups to integrate smoothly into the local labor market (lifelong learning – social skills, social economy entrepreneurship, etc.). In the past, he has worked as a business consultant in the consulting company TEKMOR SA where she participated in numerous projects of the broader Public or Private Sector and EU funded Programs & Initiatives.
