Dimitra Zygouri
My name is Dimitra Zygouri, and I am an EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) Certified Positive Psychology Personal and Executive Coach, Organizational Consultant, and the founder and owner of Dievrynsis Positive Psychology – Coaching Enterprise. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. I also studied History and Ethnology at the Democritus University of Thrace.
I specialize in Leadership and Executive Coaching, providing services in organizational settings for executives and business leaders. Additionally, I conduct research within companies on employee well-being and performance, and I offer workshops and seminars focused on Positive Psychology for organizations. As a coach, I work according to the Global Code of Ethics for coaches, mentors, and supervisors. I am also an active member of EMCC Greece, where I engage in continuous professional development initiatives.
Since 2008, I have also worked at the Labor Institute of the General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE). Moreover, I have fifteen years of experience teaching humanities subjects to secondary education students. The study of human thought, behavior, and action has always been central to my interests, which is why my entire personal and professional journey revolves around the Social Sciences. Nevertheless, studying the human dimension in all its expressions, through the lens of Positive and Coaching Psychology, has become my life’s purpose.
Finally, my activities also include academic research in the fields of Positive and Organizational Psychology and Behavior. My first quantitative research study, titled “Perceived Organizational Support and Self-Efficacy as Factors of Job Engagement among Greek Employees,” is currently under review for publication in an academic journal.
